ENROUTE SOLAR is hiring a Solar Technician. The role involves solar installation, ensuring quality control and safety, and performing inspections. If you have a passion for renewable energy and expertise in designing PV systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Create solar panel layouts & electrical schematics

✅ Conduct structural assessments for rooftop installations

Requirements:

🔹 Experience in solar system design (residential & commercial)

🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools

🔹 Knowledge of electrical & structural engineering principles

🔹 Ability to work with installation teams & clients

● Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential Project and Commercial & Industrial Projects.
● Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and
Safety Process.
● Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
● Preparation of Quality observation report in residential Projects and C&I Projects
● On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all Technical aspects of Projects.
● Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection
● Follow-up and updating closure reports.
● Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
● Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
● Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
● Regularly inspect equipment.
