Earn from Clean Energy.

Fund solar projects that power commercial and industrial businesses. Enroute sets up the system at the client’s premises or off-site in a solar farm; the client buys lower-cost electricity, and investors receive monthly project-linked income.

* ROI is an indicative annual project return before financing costs and taxes, not IRR or a guaranteed investor payout. A 21% ROI and a five-year payback describe indicative project outcomes, not one fixed cash-flow calculation. Actual returns, payback and monthly payments depend on project costs, generation, electricity sales, collections and the agreement. A 30+ year operating life requires maintenance and component replacement; it is not a 30-year warranty, PPA or income guarantee.

One investment model. Two ways to deliver solar.

Investors fund the project. Businesses buy the electricity at 10–25% below grid rates under the agreed project terms.

Investors fund the solar project. Enroute sets it up, the business buys its electricity, and project revenue supports monthly investor payments.

On-site solar

The solar system is installed at a commercial or industrial client’s premises. The business uses the generated electricity and pays the agreed tariff.

Off-site solar farms

The system is developed away from the client’s premises in a solar farm. Electricity is supplied through the applicable connection and project arrangements, subject to approvals and charges.

From project funding to monthly income

Understand the project and its terms before committing capital.

  1. Review the opportunity

Discuss the client, location, system size, electricity tariff, costs and expected generation with Enroute.

  2. Agree terms and fund

Review the project documents, investment structure, ownership, payment terms and responsibilities before investing.

  3. Build and generate

Enroute sets up and commissions the solar installation. The commercial or industrial client purchases its electricity.

  4. Receive monthly income

Project revenue supports monthly investor payments under the signed agreement. Payment amounts and conditions are project-specific.

Know what supports your return

The quality of the project matters more than the headline percentage. Ask for the assumptions and responsibilities in writing.

Client and electricity demand
Review the buyer’s consumption, payment capacity, agreed tariff and contract duration.
Generation and operating costs
Check generation estimates, seasonal variation, degradation, maintenance, insurance and component-replacement assumptions.
Contracts and responsibilities
Confirm asset ownership, site access, approvals, O&M, insurance, payment delays, early termination and exit terms for the specific project.

Solar investments carry risk, including lower generation, downtime, client payment delays and changes in applicable rules or charges. Financing and taxes can reduce the return received by an investor. This page is an introduction, not a guaranteed-return offer; review the project documents and obtain independent financial and legal advice before investing.
